This is a CUSTOM PRINTED windless type flag. It has a full curved  bracket at the very top of the flag holding it straight up with the message visible at all times even without the slightest breeze. Windless type flag is recommended for indoor use, areas without wind, and for double sided feather flags. Price is for replacement flag only.
